Slow Sync- technique page

What is slow sync?

Slow sync is where you have a longer shutter speed as well as firing the flash to produce a sharp and blurred photograph.

How do you do it?

  1. Firstly the aperture has to match the red head with a slow shutter speed to give you the correct exposure.
  2. Then the flash will be set to match the aperture.
  3. This will then allow you to capture you photographs which will done by keeping the camera still and the model moving.
